“This place is by far the closest thing to eating at my Nana's house! This cute little hidden treasure is everything you'd expect and then some.. You can definitely feel the love that goes into every dish, I'm guessing its because its owned and operated by what seems to all the generations of one tightnit family. Not only is the food AMAZING, but the way the staff pulls together to make customers feel like they are the only customer in the room is incredible. I had the shrimp agua chile, along with a hearty serving of guac n chips, washed it all down with an incredible ice cold cup of strawberry fresca. Everything tasted fresh and packed with bold savory flavors, and the portions were huge . I will definitely be making the drive to Temecula more often now..”

“The grilled fish burrito might be the best I’ve ever had. And the aguachile was delicious as well.”

“June 2021 Party of 5 chose 5 different restaurants that were under one roof. Las Isla was my choice. The burritos looked too big for my current appetite, so I opted for the beer battered shrimp taco at $6. There must have been at least ten shrimp on it! I had to pick off at least five and eat them separately before I could even hold the taco! We sat out in a courtyard shared by all five restaurants (and a full service bar). Two others in my group said they would choose La Isla next time. I overheard a girl, maybe ten years old complaining - "Mom, how can I eat this burrito, it's too big." She managed. Sort of. Leftovers for some lucky person.”

“We stumbled on this place tucked away in Vail Ranch. We tried the shrimp ceviche and knew we'd be back. The next visit we got the shrimp and aguachile ceviche, along with fish tacos. All things we would order again! Go, you won't regret it.”
